Kant says "Can you also stick out that your maxim should become a universal truth."1 In part I acquiesce to the theory of universal uprightness where "rational" is judged by catholicity or what everyone should do. In agitate we know that primitive societies were non built on rationality. I believe that we are intrinsically rational and irrational.

In my sentiment , taking the daouist view, having the ability to be rational and irrational, a label of both, gives an individual the ability to be rational.
