There isn t much in this world that will last ones lifetime. If one has the knowledge that one item will be with them their entire life, would they take proper care of it? These days people have more options open to them to maintain a healthier lifestyle than our parents before us. Through proper exercise and nutrition, one can happier, healthier, and life a healthy lifestyle. Life can throw a lot of obstacles at a person, causing them to be stressed. Stress is the silent killer among us. One of the number one ways to decrease stress in ones everyday life is to exercise. To much stress on ones body can cause high blood pressure, anxiety, or in serious cases, heart failure. By incorporating exercise into ones everyday life, exercise helps break down the stress on the body. Exercise releases endorphins from the brain giving one a happier feeling. Stress plays a big part in making ones heart work harder. With the proper exercise, cortisol in the body will breakdown making for less stress on ones heart helping them live longer. Along with stress playing a toll on the heart, over time ones body will start to deteriorate and breakdown. This is just a natural occurrence over the course of ones lifetime. Being able to slow down the deterioration process isn t as hard as one would think. The process just takes a little more hard work than most are willing to put in.
